My Name is Allen Savage and I’ve been a Glassblower since 2011. I started my career as an apprentice at SYN in North Carolina and worked my way up to a full time producer. I moved on from SYN in 2014 and have been the head glassblower at Licit Glass in Virginia since then. I have over 10k hours of glass lathe experience producing scientific glass pipes for both companies.

I produce all of my own VacStack, crushed opal, Cryptech, and luster dust tubing as well as design my own line patterns so that my glass is unique and stands out from the crowd. I specialize in fully worked scientific glass pipes and fully worked jammers/rigs. Im proud to say that I have had 2 of my artistic pieces featured in Hotbreath Magazine. I love collaborating with other artists to make amazing pieces that are one of a kind and can truly stand out in someone’s collection.

Hotbreath Magazine Features

My product is the one in the top right. It is a fully worked “Swiss Nano” featuring custom UV tubing using the emcalmo technique to create a beautiful pattern that really pops under the UV light! (I made this when male joints were still the standard for oil rigs)

My second product featured was my pendant rig in the bottom right of this photo. It is a version of the same Swiss nano tube that was also featured except it’s a pendant rig. This rig stands 4” tall and the chain goes through the Swiss holes. (Also made this one when male joints were the standard)

Thank you for looking 🙏🏻
